Policies

Placing Orders: Orders may be placed by phone or fax during business hours, 7- 7, Monday through Friday & 9-4 on Saturdays. We are closed Sundays!! We will do everything to try and accommodate any last minute orders, but please try to place orders well in advance.

Payment: All phone and fax orders must be paid in full before delivery, using VISA/Master Card or check.

Damaged/Lost Linens: All linens have a listed replacement value. If a linen is lost or returned torn, burned, mildewed or soiled beyond cleaning or repair, the replacement value will be charged in addition to the rental charge. DO NOT pack linens in plastic, as they will mildew in less than two hours. Be careful with CANDLE WAX as it will permanently damage linens. DO NOT wash, clean or launder items.

Late Returns: We rely on prompt returns from our customers. If linens are not returned on time, there will be a 50% penalty for each day past the due date. If linens are kept for more than one week, another rental charge will be applied.
